Ruben is a former federal judicial law clerk and Big Law litigation partner who has prosecuted and defended claims on behalf of some of the world’s biggest companies for the past decade. Ruben seeks bold solutions for difficult problems. He finds pressure points in his clients’ cases to get results. He also knows that litigation is a means to an end and navigates his clients’ issues with focus and determination to get their businesses and lives back on track.

Credentials

Prior to founding Garcia Firm PLLC, Ruben was a litigation partner at the international law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, an associate at Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann LLP, and a judicial law clerk for Judge Kimberly Priest Johnson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Each of these experiences informs Ruben’s unique and efficient approach to resolving his clients’ issues.

Ruben earned his law degree from The George Washington University School of Law, where he was an associate of the George Washington Law Review. During law school, he interned with the Honorable Rudolph Contreras in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He also earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University
